Hi, I’m Camille

Camille is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach & Somatic Stress Release Practitioner, taking a holistic approach to wellbeing. I work with women, navigating careers with motherhood, suffering from physical and mental symptoms as a result of chronic stress and anxiety. 

Following her own burnout and being signed off from her corporate job, Camille recognised her own physical symptoms - as well as the underlying anxiety and addiction to stress - came from living inauthentically. A lifetime of putting on a persona to be ‘liked’ and doing a job that appeared ‘successful’ left her in pieces. Now, she is passionate about pulling other women out of that cycle so they can heal.

Supported self-discovery and change-making

Change is hard. If it was easy, you’d have done it already. Making changes to your life is a scary thing to do. And we avoid hard, scary things - especially when we are already overwhelmed, stressed and anxious. I learnt this firsthand. That’s why it’s helpful for someone to guide you. 

We will embark on a multidirectional process, swinging between moments of deepening awareness and action-taking within a secure container.

  • Health coaches are your partner in your health journey. They guide you, help you navigate complexity, facilitate discovery, help you integrate different ‘threads’, and keep you accountable to making changes.

    They are a health-focused, life change management partner.

    Guidance and navigation: have the tools and expertise to direct you, and a broad understanding of the health landscape and the ability to connect you with other specialist practitioners

    Facilitate discovery: help you build awareness, learn more about yourself, and unpick all the parts that hold you back from making changes

    They focus on health in connection to your lifestyle.

    They take a holistic and integrative approach.

    Health coaches are able to recognise boundaries and to navigate around these, such as when someone has experienced trauma.

    At the end of your package, we will do a thorough reflection on where you started, what has changed, and where you are now. Based on this we can:

    ‘Reset and refresh’ with a full consultation and new goals, if you need some perspective or feel that a lot has changed for you since we began working together

    We can continue on the same course, if you are still making progress and are confident with the path laid out before you

    Which approach we take will depend on you as an individual.

  • Health coaching will not provide medical diagnosis or prescribe treatment plans.

    If psychological issues are recognised, these may be better handled by a psychologist or therapist.
